TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
You must credit me when uploading my artwork to your social media, portfolio, or other public platforms.
I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. This means I may post the artwork on my social media or portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. You may use the artwork for personal purposes with credit.Payment Terms:I accept payment via PayPal. I will create and send you PayPal invoices for payment.
Half of the payment is due within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the order.
A 50% deposit is required after I send the first sketch. The remaining 50% is due before I send the finalized files (like the .PSD or/and .MOC3).Refund Policy:If I have already begun the sketch process, you will receive a 50% refund.
After final design approval, no refunds will be issued.Revisions Policy:Up to 5 revisions are included for VTuber models. Major revisions (such as changes to the character design, outfit, or hairstyle) can only be made during the sketch phase.
Additional revisions beyond the included 5 will incur a charge of $35 USD per revision.Commission Timeframe:The estimated time for completing a commission is 1-2 months. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the work and my current workload. I will provide updates on the status of your commission via Trello or DMs.Rush Fee:If your commission is urgent, a rush fee of 30% will be added to the final price. The timeframe for rush commissions will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the work.Reference Requirements:All commissions must be accompanied by a visual reference. Acceptable references include 2D or 3D images, or detailed written descriptions. Descriptions must be very thorough and clear.Commission Use Restrictions:You are strictly prohibited from using any commission art for NFTs or AI-related projects.
You will only receive the face tracking files (MOC3) once the commission is complete. The main Live2D Cubism file (CMO3) is available for purchase as an additional add-on for 100% of the original commission price. This file is for personal use only and is not for redistribution.
You are permitted to use the model for streaming purposes, but proper credit must be given to me as the artist and creator.
For any commercial use, such as selling merchandise (e.g., prints, shirts, etc.), the price will be doubled.Communication and Updates:I will provide regular updates on your commission progress. If you have specific requests or changes during the process, please communicate them clearly. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable adjustments.
